It started with me.
I believe that we all face a choice at some point, to see our challenges as something negative, or as an opportunity for growth.
For me, it all started with my own body. For many years, I struggled with stomach and intestinal problems, PCOS, low energy, and a skin that was constantly reacting. It felt unfair. Why me? Doctors didn't really take me seriously, and the solutions offered were often to suppress the symptoms with birth control pills or antidepressants, something I refused to accept. Because somewhere along the way, I realized that this was not a punishment, but an opportunity to understand my body in depth.
I chose to see my struggles as my greatest teacher. Because in every imbalance there is a path to insight. By getting to know my body, my hormones, my nervous system and how everything is connected, I have not only been able to help myself, but also others. That is exactly what drives me today: to guide others to find their way back to balance, energy and skin health from within.
When life feels unfair, choose to understand instead of fighting against it.
There are times when I have felt tired of having a sensitive body and a sensitive nervous system. A sensitive nervous system does not mean weakness, but that the body is extra susceptible. It feels and reacts more strongly, both to stress and to what feels good. But when the body is already out of balance, through hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation or stress, this sensitivity can make you more easily thrown off balance.
I've been left with a choice: to let frustration take over, try to live like everyone else and fall into destructive patterns, or to accept how my body works and instead learn how to support it when it gets out of balance.
I chose the second one.
For me, it's not about control, it's about freedom and security. The freedom of knowing how to find my way back, no matter how life feels or what I'm going through. The security of understanding my body well enough to listen to it, instead of fighting it.
Knowledge gives freedom.
That's exactly what I want to convey to my clients. Understanding your body is a form of self-respect. We will all find ourselves out of balance sometimes: through stress, diet, hormones or the different phases of life. But it's not about living perfectly or strictly, but about having the knowledge and tools to be able to find your way back, and to be able to adapt your lifestyle to the current state of your body.
For me, health is not about limiting yourself. It's about understanding yourself. When you know what your body needs, you can live freely.
