From imbalance to inner freedom.

It started with me.

I believe that at some point, we all face a choice: to view our challenges as something negative, or as an opportunity for development.

For me, it all began with my own body. For many years, I struggled with stomach and bowel problems, PCOS, low energy, and constantly reactive skin. It felt unfair. Why me? Doctors didn't take me seriously, and the solutions offered often aimed to suppress symptoms (contraceptives, antidepressants, or other medications), which I refused to accept. Somewhere along the way, I realized that this wasn't a punishment, but an opportunity to understand the body deeply.

I chose to see my struggles as my greatest teacher. For in every imbalance, there is a path to insight. By getting to know my body, my hormones, my nervous system, and how everything is connected, I have not only been able to help myself but also others. That is precisely what drives me today: to guide others in finding their way back to balance, energy, and skin health from within.

When life feels unfair, choose to understand instead of fighting against it.

There are times when I've felt tired of having a sensitive body and a sensitive nervous system. A sensitive nervous system doesn't mean weakness, but that the body is extra receptive. It feels and reacts more strongly, both to stress and to what feels good. But when the body is already out of balance, due to hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, or stress, this sensitivity can cause one to be thrown off balance more quickly.

I stood there with a choice: to let frustration take over, try to live like everyone else and fall into destructive patterns, or to accept how my body works and instead learn how to support it when it gets out of balance.

I chose the latter.

For me, it's not about control; it's about freedom and security. The freedom of knowing how to find my way back, no matter how life feels or what I'm going through. The security of understanding my body so well that I can listen to it, instead of fighting against it.

Knowledge provides freedom.

This is exactly what I want to convey to my clients. Understanding your body is a form of self-respect. We will all experience imbalances sometimes: through stress, diet, hormones, or different phases of life. But it's not about living perfectly or strictly, but about having the knowledge and tools to find your way back, and to be able to adapt your lifestyle to your body's current state.

For me, health isn't about limiting yourself, but simply about understanding yourself. When you know what your body needs, you can live freely.
